How to take Brewed black ginseng in entirety
▶ To be taken as a strong extract
Put 1 root of black ginseng into thermos bottle or heat-resisting glass bottle and pour 500-700ml boiling water. Cover and leave it for 5-10 hours.
(If you want to reduce the time, soft black ginseng must be cut after 2-3 hours and brew it).
Take 70-80ml once a day on an empty stomach.
(15g of root can be used for 5-6 days).
After consumption, you may boil it down 2-3 times more for drinking water.
▶ To be taken as a tea
Put 1 root of black ginseng into thermos bottle or heat-resisting glass bottle and pour 500-700ml boiling water. After 30 minutes, you can drink it as a black ginseng tea.
Fill more water for drinking continuously.
